1. Who these terms are with
Ibbukkja is a business-to-business service operated by Nathley, a sole proprietor at 109 barumabara court, MGR Alfred mifsud, Birkirkara, Malta, VAT number 32953510 (“Ibbukkja”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply to the business owner accepting them and the organisation they create (“you”). Contact us at [email protected].
By creating a workspace, you confirm that you are acting for a business, are at least 18, and have authority to bind that business.
2. Trial and subscriptions
Ibbukkja offers a 14-day business trial on the plan and monthly or annual billing cycle you select during signup. We show €0 due today and the recurring price and interval. No payment method is required to start the trial. After email verification you confirm the plan in Stripe Checkout; if you add a payment method, Stripe stores it and Ibbukkja does not receive or store the card credentials.
The trial begins only when our verified Stripe event records the subscription as trialling. If a payment method is on file when the trial ends, Stripe will automatically attempt the first selected recurring charge then and at each billing interval afterwards, unless you cancel before the trial end. If no payment method is on file, nothing is charged and the workspace becomes read-only until you add one and resume the subscription. Cancelling during the trial prevents the first charge and leaves access available until the trial ends.
If a payment does not succeed, the workspace may become read-only. A cancelled or suspended workspace may be locked, with retention bookkeeping currently set to 90 days. Data is not automatically deleted at that deadline. You can update the payment method, manage the plan or cancel through the billing portal; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid period.
3. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and promptly remove access no longer required. You are responsible for activity under accounts you authorise. Roles and organisation boundaries are enforced by Ibbukkja, but you decide whom to invite and which client records they may access.
4. Your data and responsibilities
You retain responsibility for the customer, worker, property, job, photo, invoice and other content placed in your workspace, including having a lawful basis to process and share it. Do not upload unlawful material, malware, payment-card data, government identity documents, health information, biometric data, or other GDPR special-category data. Configure access instructions and photographs conservatively and only where operationally necessary.
You grant Ibbukkja the limited right to host, process, back up and transmit your content as needed to provide, secure and support the service.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not probe, bypass or interfere with security, tenant isolation, rate limits or service availability.
- Do not access another organisation without authorisation or use Ibbukkja for unlawful surveillance, spam or fraud.
- Do not reverse engineer or resell the service except where Maltese law gives a right that cannot be excluded.
- Do not use payment features without authority or provide payment details you are not authorised to use.
6. Third-party services
Ibbukkja relies on service providers including Stripe for subscription billing, Resend for transactional email, Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention, and infrastructure providers for hosting, encrypted backups and private object storage. Their availability and separate terms can affect particular features.
7. Availability, changes and suspension
This pilot is provided on an evolving basis. We may fix, change or withdraw pilot features and may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, non-payment state testing, or protection of other tenants. We will use reasonable care to preserve tenant isolation and operational data but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
8. Intellectual property
Ibbukkja and its software, design and documentation remain ours or our licensors’. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the hosted service for your internal business operations during the pilot.
9. Disclaimer and liability
Ibbukkja supports operational record-keeping; it is not legal, tax, payroll, accounting, routing or payment advice. You remain responsible for checking schedules, invoices, VAT treatment, employee or contractor pay, and legal obligations.
To the fullest extent permitted by Maltese law, the pilot is supplied without implied warranties and our aggregate liability arising from the pilot is limited to direct loss reasonably foreseeable from our breach. We do not exclude liability that law does not allow us to exclude, including fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Ending use, export and retention
You may stop using the pilot at any time. An organisation owner can request a private seven-day data export even while billing is locked. Account closure is an operator-reviewed, two-step process with a recorded export offer. Retention, backup and deletion depend on the nature of the record and applicable legal obligations; deletion is a deliberate operator action, not an automatic consequence of the displayed retention date.
11. Law and changes
These terms are governed by Maltese law and disputes are subject to the courts of Malta, without removing mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be contracted away. Material changes will be versioned and, where appropriate, require renewed acceptance.
